I’m a proud mom of two wonderful grown children who continue to be my greatest joy. My son, Kyle, is married to Lizbeth, and together they’ve raised two amazing young ladies, Shirin and Kaelin. My daughter, Lindsay, is married to Joe.  Time spent with my family has always been my favorite thing — it fills my heart every single time.

When I moved to a new state where I didn’t know a single person, I had a choice: stay stuck or step out. I chose to step out. I joined groups, showed up to events, and slowly began building a new circle. Before long, my calendar was filling up.

That experience inspired me to create this site. It’s for anyone who feels a little stuck or just needs a gentle nudge — a reminder that there’s still so much joy to be found in living, learning, connecting, and getting up and going again.
